The Challenge
Managing construction reserves and defects was fragmented and inefficient. Issues were tracked across spreadsheets, emails, PDFs, and site notes, making follow-ups slow, responsibilities unclear, and progress hard to monitor in real time.

Built TrackReserves, a centralized web platform that allows teams to log reserves directly from site, attach photos, assign responsibility, and track status in real time. The system provides a shared dashboard for all stakeholders, streamlining communication and eliminating manual, paper-based workflows.
